Com relação a fig. 19 da pág, 24 do vol. II do PNA, a partir de qual Froude Number é considerado que não há mais hollows?É 0,40 ou 0,45?

Mas a resposta da sua pergunta é 0.45, como citado no texto:
...at very high speeds, cancel both each other and the steady increase in Cw, and there is no further hump beyond that occurring at a V√gL value of about 0.45 after which the value of Rw continuously decreases with further increase in speed.
